JobSnap: Quotes & Invoices

The job you finished last Tuesday — did the invoice ever go out?

Most contractors do not lose money because they priced a job wrong. They lose it because the paperwork waited until Sunday night, and by then two jobs had blurred together. A quote in JobSnap takes about three minutes.

JobSnap is quoting and invoicing for people who work with their hands — plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, handymen, roofers, painters and remodelers.

Write a quote standing in somebody's driveway, with photos of the job attached, and send it before you get back in the van. Turn it into an invoice when the work is done. Record the cash when it arrives.

WHAT IT DOES

- Quotes with line items, tax and a deposit
- Photos attached to the job, before and after
- Email the quote or invoice straight to your customer — they open a link, no app to install
- Replies go to your own business address, not ours
- See whether each email landed, and resend to a corrected address
- They can confirm receipt with a signature
- Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one tap
- Record payments: cash, check, card, transfer
- See what is unpaid, and how long it has been unpaid
- Export everything to spreadsheets whenever you want

EVERY CUSTOMER IN ONE PLACE

JobSnap keeps the customer, not only the paperwork.

- Name, phone, email and job address, entered once
- Every quote, invoice, job and photo filed under that customer
- Search by name, phone or email and the whole history opens
- Walk back into a house you worked on two years ago knowing what you did, what you charged, and what it looked like before you started

BUILT FOR CALIFORNIA

Deposits are capped at the legal figure — 10% of the job or $1,000, whichever is less. Your CSLB license number goes on every document. The math is done in whole cents, so the total on the quote is the total on the invoice.

HOW IT IS PAID FOR

Fourteen days free, no card — sending included from the first day. After that it is $69.99 a month or $699.99 a year, managed on our website. Your records stay exportable whether you subscribe or not.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS

Export all of it to spreadsheets at any time, subscription or not. Delete your account from inside the app and everything goes with it.
