Temples99

Temples99 is the counter application used by temple staff to admit devotees, sell tickets and prasadam, record donations and print receipts at the desk.

This is a staff tool. It requires a login issued by the temple administration and is not intended for general devotee use.

CHECK-IN AT THE DESK
• Scan a booking QR code with the device camera
• Read RFID wristbands and cards with a connected reader
• Search by name, phone number or order ID when a devotee arrives without a booking
• Admit a whole group in one action, or one person at a time
• Register walk-ins at the counter and check them in immediately
• Self check-in mode for an unattended kiosk
• Run several counters on one local network so they stay in step

COUNTER SALES
• Sell darshan tickets, including time-slot bookings
• Sell prasadam and other products
• Accept donations, with donor details captured at the counter
• Apply coupon codes
• Record the payment mode, collected amount and counter notes
• Take card and online payments where the temple has enabled them

PRINTING
• Print receipts and badges from the counter
• Works with TVS and SmartPos terminals, Sunmi devices, Zebra label printers and standard ESC/POS thermal printers
• Connect over USB or Bluetooth, with the link held open between sales so each receipt prints without waiting
• Reprint a receipt when a devotee asks, clearly marked as a duplicate copy
• Choose badge size and receipt options per counter

WORKS WITHOUT A NETWORK
• Continue checking in and selling when the connection drops
• Orders and check-ins are stored on the device and marked as offline on the printed receipt
• Everything syncs automatically once the connection returns, with no duplicate orders

BUILT FOR A BUSY QUEUE
• Large touch targets and a layout that reads at a glance
• Hardware scanner and keyboard-wedge support
• Counter-level roles so each desk only sees what it needs
