ProofPack: Photo Reports

Show what changed at a property handover. Pair before and after photos, add a note, and share a clear PDF with a client, landlord or contractor. Capture and organize your work offline, with no ProofPack account.

BASIC AND PRO
Basic photo capture, PDF reports and ZIP export are free. Create one before-and-after comparison job free and keep editing and exporting it. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks creation of additional comparison jobs. Already-created work remains editable and exportable if purchase ownership later changes. No subscription.

FROM PHOTOS TO A CLEAR REPORT
1. Capture photos or import a selected JPEG into a job.
2. Manually pair before and after photos, then add notes and labels.
3. Export a comparison PDF to share and a ZIP containing the original photos and integrity files.

USE IT FOR
• Contractor completion and repair handovers
• Rental move-in and move-out condition records
• Property maintenance and inspection photo reports

YOUR WORK STAYS LOCAL
No ProofPack account, ads or automatic evidence upload. Organize jobs and sections, prepare reports and keep earlier report versions on your device. You choose when to export or share.

ORIGINALS AND IMPORTS
Imported JPEGs keep their original bytes and are labeled as imported. Import time is recorded separately; the original photograph’s capture time is unknown. Unsupported or oversized files show an error. Selecting a cloud-only photo may need a connection to copy it locally.

Integrity files help check whether exported files and signed records still match what this installation recorded. They do not certify the scene or provide a trusted timestamp or legal guarantee.

PURCHASES AND LOCAL COPIES
Google Play handles purchases. Restore purchases restores the Pro unlock, not local photos, jobs or signing keys. Keep exported reports and originals somewhere you control if you need copies outside this device. PDF and ZIP exports are not a backup that restores editable jobs.
