BetPro Records

BetPro Records helps you keep a clear, organized log of every cash-in and cash-out transaction — no spreadsheets, no messy notebooks.

HOW IT WORKS
• Create an account and sign in securely
• Submit a cash-in entry when you receive money, or a cash-out entry when you pay money out
• Choose the payment channel and attach a receipt photo for each entry
• An admin reviews every submission before it's marked complete
• Track the status of each entry: pending, approved, or declined

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR RECORDS
• See your full transaction history in one place
• Filter records by cash-in or cash-out
• Get notified the moment an entry is approved or declined
• Check notices and announcements from your admin

BUILT FOR CLARITY
Every entry you submit goes through admin review before it's finalized, so your cash log stays accurate and accountable. Attach a receipt photo to back up each transaction, and always know exactly where your record stands.

Whether you're tracking cash handed off in person, payments collected on behalf of someone else, or simple day-to-day cash movements, Cash Records keeps everything organized, timestamped, and easy to review.
