ETIK PAIE

ETIK Payroll is the communication portal between the firm, client companies, and employees. Each user has their own space, limited to their specific information.

The application does not generate payslips: the firm's payroll software remains the primary source. ETIK Payroll is used to gather information beforehand and then distribute documents once payroll is finalized.

The firm manages its files, opens monthly campaigns, sends reminders for missing documents, and distributes payslips. The employer reports variable pay, prepares for new hires, manages leave, and views the schedule. Employees can access their payslips, their paid leave balance, and submit leave requests or sick leave requests.

Specifically, you can:

- View and download payslips
- Submit monthly variable pay slips
- Create an onboarding file (ID, health insurance card, supporting documents)
- Request leave and track its approval
- Report sick leave and attach supporting documentation
- View the employer's attendance schedule
