YSR : Task

Y S R connects you with local workers across Ethiopia — electricians,
plumbers, mechanics, cleaners, tutors, photographers and more — and keeps
the whole job in one place, from finding someone to paying them.

FIND THE RIGHT PERSON
Browse workers near you, sorted by distance, rating or price. Every
profile shows completed jobs, customer reviews and whether their licence
has been verified. Save the workers you trust so you can book them again
without searching.

CLEAR PRICING, NO SURPRISES
Fixed-price services show the price before you book. For jobs where
nobody can know the cost until they've seen it — a wiring fault, a leak,
a repair — you pay a small inspection fee, the worker visits and gives
you a quote, and you decide whether to go ahead before paying anything
more.

PAY THROUGH THE APP
Payments go through Chapa, so you can use Telebirr, CBE Birr, your bank
or a card. Money is only released once the work is done and you've
confirmed it. Every job gives you a digital receipt.

STAY IN TOUCH
Message your worker directly in the app. Follow each job as it moves from
accepted, to on the way, to completed — so you always know what's
happening.

FOR WORKERS
Set the services you offer and your own prices. Accept the jobs that suit
you. Upload your licence or certificate to earn a verified badge that
customers can see. Your share of each payment goes straight to your bank
account.
