Daily Notices for 20 Students in 5 Minutes Using Voice

Children's names are never leaked externally.

Eoljipssaem is a personal AI writing tool that helps childcare and kindergarten teachers create warm, personalized notice drafts as quickly as possible using only voice or short notes.

■ Recommended for:

· Childcare and kindergarten teachers exhausted by the repetitive task of writing daily notices

· Those who find it burdensome to turn on ChatGPT and manually type in children's names

· Those who want to quickly and accurately complete tasks by simply copying information into KidsNote or ChildcareNote

■ Key Features

1) Memo Memo in One Go via Voice

"Minsu played with blocks diligently today and shared toys well with his friends"—just one phrase is enough.

Since voice input is the primary workflow, you barely need to type on the keyboard.

2) Create Notices for the Entire Class at Once

Write down common activities once and add just a one-line note for each child, and it creates notices for the entire class in a single step.

You can complete notices for 20 students in one cycle. 3) Child's Real Name Is Not Transmitted to AI

The app automatically replaces the child's name with a pseudonym before sending it to the AI, and then restores the result to the real name.

"Minsu" is displayed as is, but the real name is not included in the text that goes outside.

4) Tone and Length Selection

5 tones: Warm Teacher / Professional Childcare Journal / Emotional / Parent Satisfaction + Direct Input (Free Writing).

3 length options: Short (3-4 lines) / Medium (5-7 lines) / Detailed (8-10 lines).

You can also write your desired style guidelines at length and send them directly to the model.

5) Age (0-5) and Gender Reflection

By providing the child's age and gender in the prompt, observation points appropriate for their developmental stage are included.

6) Natural Correction of Korean Particles

It automatically refines awkward particles, such as changing "Minsu-iga" to "Minsu-ga" and "Haeun-eun" to "Haeun-i-neun." 7) Past Notice Calendar

Created notices are automatically saved by date and time.

The number of times a notice has been written for each calendar date is displayed as a badge; tapping it allows you to review and copy the notices created that day as individual cards for each child.

■ Safety Design

· The list of children, memos, and creation results are saved only on this device.

· Only pseudonyms are sent for AI calls, and the body text is not saved immediately after the call.

· There is no photo upload function, so there is no risk of images of minors being transmitted externally.

· Since the generated notice is an AI draft, teachers must review it before sending it to parents.

■ Permissions

· Microphone — Use STT for voice input

· Internet — AI calls, display of ads

■ Ads

The app is run on advertisements. To avoid interrupting the writing flow, full-screen ads appear only at specific points.

· When entering the notice creation screen (starts without ads the first time)

Ads do not appear during voice recording, creation, the review screen, or past notices.
