WHAT IS CHECKBIZ360

CheckBiz360 is a time-tracking platform with operational intelligence, by EncodeBiz, for companies managing on-site, remote or distributed teams across several branches and projects. Where other systems record only entries and exits, CheckBiz360 turns that data into actionable information: behaviour patterns, real cost per employee, anomalies detected on their own, and evidence for audits.

It is not a digital time clock: it is an operational governance tool.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES

In a company with distributed operations, attendance records exist but generate no value. The data sits isolated in spreadsheets or in time clocks with no analysis, and someone has to spend hours every week consolidating it, hunting errors by hand and preparing reports when an inspection comes.

CheckBiz360 brings clocking, validation, analysis and compliance together in a single platform, reachable from any device.

HOW IT IS BUILT

The platform is two parts working on the same information:

• THE WEB BACK OFFICE, from any browser. Managers set up the structure of branches and employees, configure schedules, review and validate records, assign tasks, analyse costs and export reports.

• THIS APP, in the pocket of the person working. It is the field side.

WHAT THIS APP DOES

CLOCKING IN
• Entry, exit and breaks from your phone.
• Location validated against your branch's geofence and, depending on the setup, biometric authentication.
• Remote clocking in where your company allows it, and manual workday requests when something went wrong.
• Your own record history, as regulations require.
• Before closing your workday, the app tells you if your shift hasn't ended or if you're still on a task in progress.

TASKS
• The ones assigned to you, with status, priority, planned start and deadline.
• Start, pause, resume and complete them from the list itself or from the home screen.
• Progress notes and evidence, which your manager validates from the back office.
• Tasks with their own work site show the distance and open in Maps.
• If you run a team, your own tasks appear separated and marked, above the team's.

SCHEDULES, DOCUMENTS AND ALERTS
• Your shift for the day, split shifts, public holidays and days off.
• Company documents to read and download, with read receipts where required.
• Notifications for new tasks, validations, rejections and your workday.
• Report an incident to support from the app itself.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH WHAT YOU RECORD

Every clock record and every task feeds the analysis in the back office: recurring late arrivals, records outside the geofence or records that don't match the assigned shift; cost per hour, per workday and per period; full traceability of every correction, with user, date and reason; and a per-employee workday report ready to file or present, in line with Spanish RDL 8/2019.

WHAT IT IS FOR

It is an operational control tool. It is built above all for work that happens away from an office: people who start each morning somewhere different, teams spread across sites, staff working at a client's premises. That is where it is hardest to know what is going on, and where having it under control shows most.

It is not tied to any kind of company or sector. It works for anyone who needs to know who worked, when, where and on what, and be able to prove it.
