EMF Meter: Field Readout

🧲 EMF Meter — magnetic field readout from your phone sensor

Curious about magnetic fields near outlets, speakers, chargers, or appliances?
EMF Meter turns your phone into a simple field helper: start measuring, watch the lab-style dial in microtesla (µT), and compare spots as you move the phone slowly.

The app uses the built-in magnetometer — the same type of sensor used for the compass — to show magnetic flux density at the phone. Handy for DIY checks and learning where fields rise and fall.

📡 How it works
1️⃣ Open the app and tap Start measuring
2️⃣ Hold the phone still for a few seconds to see a baseline
3️⃣ Move slowly near outlets, appliances, metal, or magnets
4️⃣ Compare ambient vs elevated readings and follow stronger spots

⚠️ Best when you compare nearby points. Earth’s field is always present; local magnets and devices can raise the reading a lot.

🛠 Key features
🎚 Lab-style dial with live µT readout
🟢 Ambient / Elevated / High status bands
📈 Peak hold during a session
📳 Optional vibration on strong local fields
⚙️ English and Russian
🎨 Light and dark themes
📴 Core measuring works offline (no account)

🏠 Perfect for
✔ DIY checks around home electronics
✔ Comparing spots near speakers, chargers, and metal
✔ Learning how phone magnetometer readings change with distance
✔ Quick “is this spot higher?” comparisons
✔ Curiosity and classroom demos (with honest limits)

⚠️ Important notes
Uses the phone magnetometer only — not a certified EMF survey meter
Shows magnetic field (µT), not a full RF / “radiation” scan
Does NOT replace professional EMF instruments or safety assessments
Not for medical decisions or claiming “EMF danger” levels
Results depend on phone sensor quality, orientation, and nearby magnets
This app is a practical DIY helper, not a professional measuring instrument
