Whether your parent needs a hand getting to a routine check-up, or you're an NRI abroad worried about a loved one's next appointment, Eloro arranges the ride, puts a trained companion beside them, and keeps your family informed every step of the way.

TRANSPORT INCLUDED

Eloro provides the vehicle and the driver. Enter your pickup, your destination, and your return drop-off, choose a vehicle class from the in-app catalogue, and see the estimated route distance and a full fare breakdown before you pay anything. Each vehicle class is priced per kilometre with a minimum distance charge, so there are no surprise charges at the end of the trip.

Every Eloro driver is onboarded manually. Driving licence number and expiry, vehicle registration, and address are collected up front, and an Eloro operations administrator approves each driver before they can be assigned to any trip. Vehicles are registered and approved separately.

Once the journey begins, you and your nominated family members follow the vehicle live on a map, with time-stamped milestones for journey started, pickup completed, arrival at the destination, return journey, and drop-off.

Already have transport? Choose "Own vehicle" or "Taxi vehicle" at booking, and your companion will travel with you instead.
