TAIN ElectAI

TAIN ElectAI is a secure, offline-first field application built for agents
managing bank and cooperative election campaigns. Designed for on-the-ground
teams, it streamlines voter outreach, tracking, and polling-day operations
into one mobile tool.

KEY FEATURES

- Secure Agent Login – Role-based credential login integrated with your
organization's backend, so every agent only sees the data relevant to their
assignment.

- Assigned Member Directory – A searchable, filterable list of assigned
voters/members, complete with demographic details, contact options (call,
WhatsApp), and one-tap map directions to their location.

- Counseling & Visit Logs – Record outreach visits, follow-up dates, voter
sentiment, and internal notes to keep your engagement history organized and
up to date.

- Photo Verification – Capture and upload field-visit photos directly to
secure cloud storage for verification and record-keeping.

- Live Polling Day Tracker – Monitor turnout in real time with progress
indicators, mark voters as contacted/voted, and track outcomes as they
happen.

- Daily Reporting – Submit structured daily activity summaries so managers
get an accurate, real-time view of ground operations.

- Works Offline – Automatically detects connectivity loss, queues your
updates locally, and syncs everything the moment you're back online — so
field work never stops.

- Enterprise-Grade Security – Login credentials and sensitive tokens are
stored using the device's secure hardware keychain.

Built for accuracy, speed, and reliability in the field, TAIN ElectAI helps
campaign and election-management teams stay coordinated from planning
through polling day.

Note: This app is intended for use by authorized field agents of
organizations using the BEMS platform. A valid agent login is required.
