Dry run

Stepping into management is hard, especially when you are suddenly leading people who used to be your peers.

You know the difficult conversation is coming. You rehearse it over and over in your head during your commute or before sleep. But when the moment arrives, the anxiety kicks in, words get tangled, and the conversation goes off track.

Dry Run is your flight simulator for high-stakes leadership conversations.

Instead of reading generic management theory or relying on robotic, one-size-fits-all scripts, Dry Run gives you a safe, private rehearsal studio to actively practice what you’re going to say before the stakes are real.

Why Practice in Dry Run?

Realistic Scenario Rehearsals
Step into realistic, nuanced scenarios designed specifically for modern managers: delivering constructive feedback, resetting peer-to-manager boundaries, saying no to unreasonable requests, and managing conflict.

Supportive Director's Notes Feedback
Get actionable, nuanced coaching on your approach after every practice run. Learn where your delivery landed well, where you might have sounded overly defensive or passive, and how to adjust your tone.
