As an integrated health portal, Sahatna offers secure and convenient access to a comprehensive suite of healthcare services in a single platform, with a strong focus on wellness and prevention. From booking appointments to secure access to healthcare records, Sahatna empowers you to take proactive control of your and your family's health.

To securely access the app, you need to create an account using your email and Emirates ID or you can sign up through UAE PASS.

What you can find in the first release:

• Book, Schedule and Manage Appointments: Find a doctor and schedule in-person or video consultations with your doctor. Manage your scheduled appointments, reschedule or cancel, all at the touch of a button.

• Add your Dependents: Link your children to your profile and keep your family’s health on track.

• Access Malaffi Records: Seamlessly access your consolidated health records in Malaffi, including your laboratory results, medications, diagnosis and more.

• Electronic Prescriptions: Conveniently access your medication prescriptions.

• Access Genomic Reports: Through Sahatna, the Emirati Genome Program (EGP) participants, can access their personalised genomic insights, empowered to make informed health and lifestyle decisions based on their genetic makeup.

• Wellness: Link your wellness app for meaningful wellness insights, including AI smart fitness goals.

• AI Symptom Checker: Get initial health assessments and recommendations with the help of the AI-powered symptom checker.

• Health Insurance: Your digital health insurance card is automatically available.

• Notifications: Receive timely reminders for appointments and medications.

The Malaffi medical records available through the app are securely saved by your Abu Dhabi healthcare professionals. If you have any questions, reach out to your doctor or nurse for clarification.

If you notice missing or incorrect information, report it to the healthcare facility where it was recorded.
