■ Compress PDF to the size you need
• Choose Light, Balanced or Strong and see the new size before you start
• Pick a limit such as Under 1MB or type your own in KB or MB. If the three levels are still too big, DocBee finds the best quality that fits
• Only images are recompressed. Text, tables and fonts stay sharp
• Still too big? Split the PDF into several files under the limit
• Your original stays untouched and a copy is made. Locked PDFs stay locked

• Reduce photo size to Under 50KB, 100KB, 200KB or any size a form or website asks for

• The new file is named with its limit, like "photo (50KB).jpg", so you upload the right one
