Nama

Nama is a private journal for exercise and the day around it.

Log a run, swim, gym session, walk or your own activity. Keep meals, photos, mood, sleep, bodyweight and everyday Moments beside them, without turning your life into a score.

• A timeline of your day, or sections you arrange yourself
• Exercise tracking with fields that fit the activity
• Meals and Moments with photographs
• Mood, sleep, bodyweight and custom trackers
• Search across your journal
• Daily and weekly stories made from your own entries
• Reminders at times you choose
• Complete backup and restore
• Optional biometric app lock

There is no account to create. Your journal text and photographs remain in Nama’s private storage on your phone unless you deliberately export a backup or share something. Nama contains no advertising and no in-app analytics SDK.

If you choose to tag a place, Nama sends only a position rounded to roughly one kilometre to fetch that day’s weather. Purchases are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat.

Nama is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical, dietary or fitness advice.

After any introductory trial, access requires a monthly or yearly subscription or the one-time lifetime purchase shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play subscriptions.
