About SteadyGaze: Vertigo Exercises

SteadyGaze paces vestibular rehab exercises for gaze stabilization (VOR) with sound. You fix your eyes on a real target across the room, move your head once per metronome click, and the app counts every rep, set and rest interval for you. Your eyes never have to come back to the screen.

It is built for people working through dizziness and balance problems: recovery from vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis, post-concussion, residual dizziness after BPPV, vestibular migraine, and PPPD.

HOW A SESSION WORKS
Pick a program, set up your target, and rate how dizzy you feel. A short countdown starts each set, a click marks every head movement, a chime ends the set and a timed rest follows. Afterwards you rate your dizziness again and see whether practice moved it.

FREE
- Metronome and session log
- Two beginner Foundations programs (turn and nod)
- Session history and detail

PREMIUM
- The full library: intermediate, advanced and VOR x2 programs
- Your physical therapist's exact program: cadence, sets, reps, rest, target distance, one-sided training and notes
- Programs your clinician sends you as a file or a link
- Your dizziness trend over time
- CSV and printable PDF reports to share with your provider

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no account. Your sessions and dizziness ratings stay on your phone. The app sends anonymous crash reports and anonymous usage analytics, such as a session starting or finishing and which exercise type it was. Neither includes your name, your symptoms or your ratings, and there are no ads and no third-party trackers.

On Android, SteadyGaze does not read head motion. It paces and counts; matching the speed your therapist prescribed is up to you.

SteadyGaze is a training aid for exercises commonly used in vestibular rehabilitation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Follow the guidance of your physician or vestibular therapist.

SUBSCRIPTION
Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial where you are eligible) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can manage or cancel them any time in Google Play.
