About Herd & Flock Record Book

A farm record book for the working day, on your phone and without signal. Open it and Today on the farm shows what matters now: animals with milk, meat or eggs held back after a treatment, births due this month, boosters and weighings due, and yesterday's numbers from every flock. Cattle record keeping, goat farm app and poultry farm management in one book, so a mixed smallholding keeps one set of livestock records.

Animals one by one. Each animal has its ear tag, name, breed, sex, date of birth, markings, photo, dam and sire. Record heats, services (natural or AI, with the straw ID) and pregnancy checks; the expected birth date is worked out from the gestation length for the species, which you can change. Recording a birth adds each kid, lamb or calf to the herd, linked to its dam and sire, with its birth weight. Weigh any time to see average daily gain on a growth chart, and log milk by milking. Find any animal by tag in a moment, even in a herd of thousands. It works as a cattle tracker, a sheep record and a herd management book in one.

Animal health, from the label. Record vaccinations and treatments with the product, batch number, dose as you gave it, route and who gave it, and type the milk, meat or egg withdrawal period printed on the label. The animal is flagged until the last held-back day, and the treatment and withdrawal register lists every treatment with its batch number. Treat a whole group in one go: tick 40 goats and save one record for each. The app keeps your records only: no veterinary advice, no dose or product suggestions, and no claim to replace any official scheme.

Flocks by the day. Layers, broilers, ducks or quail as one batch: eggs with cracked and dirty counts, feed, water, deaths with their cause, culls and sales. Birds on hand is always the number placed minus every loss and sale, and can never go below zero. Charts show eggs and laying rate over two weeks, with feed per dozen eggs for layers and the feed conversion ratio for broilers.

Free keeps up to 15 animals and one flock with the last 90 days of history. Births, deaths, sales and treatments are never limited. Pro (monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase, prices shown by Google Play) adds unlimited animals and flocks, full history, the pedigree view, the breeding calendar, the withdrawal register, income, costs and profit, PDF reports, CSV export and restore from an export. If a subscription ends, every record stays.

Your records stay on your phone. No account, no sign-in, no location, no ads and no analytics. Metric or imperial units and your own currency. PDFs are for personal record-keeping.
