Avatec Marine ERP

Avatec Marine ERP puts your company's ERP records on your phone. Sign in with the account your organisation issued you and work with the same sales documents, orders and support tickets you use on the desktop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Dashboard
Open the app on a summary of your branch: the totals that matter, narrowed to the date range you pick.

Sales documents
Browse quotes, proformas, invoices and credit notes. Open any document to read its line items, totals, customer and current status.

Orders
Follow your orders through their stages and open one to inspect the items it contains.

Support tickets
See the tickets raised for your company, open a ticket to read its full history, and check where it stands.

Attached documents
Open the PDF attached to a document or a ticket inside the app, and share it with a colleague from the same screen.

Search
Look up a document, an order or a ticket by number or keyword from the search button in the tab bar.

Branch switching
Choose the branch you are working in from your profile. Every list, document and ticket you see belongs to that branch, so the numbers are never mixed.

Users and roles
Where your permissions allow it, review the people in your organisation and the rights attached to each role.

SIGNING IN

Your organisation creates the account; there is no sign-up inside the app. Sign-in supports two-step verification with an authenticator app where your account requires it, and enrols you if your administrator has made it mandatory.

SECURITY

Access and refresh tokens are held in the Android Keystore rather than in plain files, and signing out removes them from the device. The app talks to your company's ERP over HTTPS and collects nothing else: no advertising identifier, no analytics, no location.

LANGUAGE AND APPEARANCE

The interface follows your device language, in Turkish and English, and switches between light and dark to match your system theme.

WHO IT IS FOR

This is an internal business tool for Avatec Marine staff and authorised partners. Without an account issued by your organisation, the app cannot be used.
