Its operation depends on foreground service permission and background location access, as its main purpose is to constantly send data, even when the device is locked or in use by other apps.

The app is designed so that a third party—such as a parent, supervisor, or guardian—can remotely monitor the device's location from another app or from the DeltaTracking web portal. It is useful for families with children or older adults, as well as companies with field personnel who need to know their routes or current location.
