Rood – Drive & Ride Tracker

Rood records every drive and turns it into a video or an image worth sharing.

Start recording, drive or ride, stop.

Rood tracks your route by GPS — even with the screen locked — and turns it into a 15-second route animation: a 3D camera flies over the map while your route draws itself. Or make a card with your own photo or video, a transparent sticker for Stories, or a card that shows your route and drive stats on the map. Share it to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or anywhere else in one tap.

RECORDS IN THE BACKGROUND
Rood keeps recording while you use other apps or put the phone away. On some phones you may need to allow this in the battery settings — Rood shows you exactly where, step by step, before your first trip.

NO ACCOUNT. NO ADS. NO HASSLE.
No sign-up, no ads, nothing in the way. Record, create, share.

YOUR TRIPS, ON YOUR DEVICE
Your recordings are stored on your device and you can delete them any time. Location is used to record your trips, draw them on the map and navigate.

FREE TO RECORD
Recording your drives and viewing them in My Rides is free. Sharing cards, making route videos and navigation are part of Rood Premium, a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the trial or the current period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions.

Navigation helps you find the way; it doesn't replace your attention. Keep your eyes on the road and follow traffic rules and signs.
