⚡ Key Features Built for Delivery Professionals
We designed the Crunchos Rider App with cutting-edge tools to make every delivery smooth, fast, and stress-free:

Instant Order Notifications: Receive real-time alerts for nearby customer orders, complete with pickup location, customer address, estimated travel time, and guaranteed payout details before you accept.

Smart Route Optimization: Integrated seamlessly with top navigation tools like Google Maps and Waze. Get turn-by-turn GPS directions that guide you away from traffic jams and along the fastest routes to save fuel and time.

In-App Customer Communication: Reach out to customers directly through masked phone calls or instant chat to get clear drop-off instructions, gate codes, or address clarifications without revealing your personal phone number.

Order Status Management: Easily update order stages—from "Arrived at Store" and "Order Picked Up" to "Out for Delivery" and "Delivered"—with simple swipe gestures.

Digital Proof of Delivery: Ensure safety and transparency for both you and the customer. Capture contactless delivery photos or collect digital signatures right inside the app.

24/7 Dedicated Partner Support: Stuck at a restaurant? Can't find a customer's building? Our emergency dispatch and rider support teams are available around the clock to resolve issues in real time.
