V K Enterprises Recovery is the official Android application for authorised field recovery agents of V K Enterprises, Satara, Maharashtra.

This is a closed business-to-business tool. Only agents who have been pre-approved by the V K Enterprises head office can sign in. Random self-registrations are not permitted.

• Receive vehicle recovery assignments from the V K Enterprises head office in real time
• Search assigned vehicles by registration number, chassis number, or engine number
• View complete loanee, financier, and agency contact details on the move
• Tap-to-call the head office or the loanee directly from within a case
• Cache assigned cases on the device for uninterrupted work on slow or no network
• Submit KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) and manage profile, bank details, and earnings
• Track personal subscription and payout status

BUILT FOR FIELD WORK

• Battery-aware location reporting only when on an active assignment
• Designed for Android phones — minimum Android 8.0 (API 26)
• Lightweight: under 15 MB download, fast install, low data usage

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Each agent account is locked to a single device. Lost your phone? Your head office can re-authorise a new device within minutes from the admin portal.
• All data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Data is stored in a logically isolated database belonging to V K Enterprises — no data is shared with any other agency.
• You decide what KYC documents to upload. The app never accesses your contact list, SMS, microphone, or other private data.
• Full privacy policy available at https://crmrecoverysoftware.com/privacy-policy.html
