Idle Frontier - AFK War Game

Idle Frontier is a neon idle war game. Roll a machine onto the front line and hold it against wave after wave of drones, gunships, tanks and warships.

Your machine fires on its own. Switch on AUTO and it steers, dodges incoming fire and calls in its Carpet Bomb by itself, so you can play AFK and watch the front move. Prefer to fight hands on? Drag to steer and pick your moment.

FOUR FRONTS, 32 BATTLEGROUNDS

Buggy. Night patrols across desert dunes, salt pans and craters.
Tank. Street fighting through a city at night.
Copter. Island hopping over lagoons, reefs and atolls.
Zeppelin. A slow giant over a strait full of warships.

Each front has eight battlegrounds, from Dustbowl to Zenith. A new front opens with a one time certificate from Research, so every unlock is a real step up, not another percentage.

WAVES, CHECKPOINTS AND BOSSES

Every battleground is 15 waves in three sections, and the last wave of each section is a boss. Beat one to reach a checkpoint. Beat the third to clear the front. Four bosses guard the four fronts: STORMCROW, SKYFORT, AEGIS CITADEL and ABYSS, each with three phases.

Lose a fight and you are pushed back two waves. No game over. Upgrade and roll out again.

Every battleground keeps its own levels. Lean too hard on one tab and the next boss finds the gap. Balancing all three is the game.

RESEARCH

Long term upgrades on a timer: Ballistics, Rapid Loaders, Composite Plating, Nanite Repair, Standby Power and more, across General, Offense, Defense and Systems. Open more research slots to run several at once.

IDLE INCOME, EVEN WHILE AWAY

Cleared fronts keep patrolling and paying out. Come back, collect what your machines earned while you were gone, and spend it on the next push.
