I help busy working women get in shape ONCE AND FOR ALL. Not only will I help you achieve your dream physique, but I will also be there to teach you how to maintain your progress too so that you don't end up back at square 1 in three months time. The goal isn't just fat loss or building muscle - it is lifestyle change. When you sign up with me, I want this to be the FINAL time you will need to diet to achieve your results. I coach a range of abilities, from absolute beginners to more experienced competitors. So if your goal is to change your physique whilst managing your busy schedule AND with the focus of maintaining your results for life, then DPFit4Life is just for you.

As a client, the App will provide you access to your nutrition and training plans, your weekly check in's and past check in's, your own timeline and calendar. You will also use the App to keep track of your payments, log your workouts and all feedback and communication will come directly through the App.

Giving my clients access to the App will provide a user-friendly hub so that they have the smoothest journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
