Replylo turns your Google Play reviews into replies you actually send, written in the reviewer's own language.

A review lands. Replylo reads it, drafts a reply in the language it was written in and sends the draft to your phone. Read it, edit it if you like, tap approve. Nothing is posted until you do.

WHY REPLY AT ALL
When you reply to a review, Google Play sends the reviewer a notification and an email, and they can update their review. A one-star complaint about a bug you have already fixed can change, but only if someone answers.

Plenty of your reviews arrive in Japanese, German or Portuguese. A good reply in a language you don't write takes a long time to get right, so those reviews tend to wait. Replylo drafts them for you, in the reviewer's language, and shows you both the review and the reply translated into yours.

WHY SPEED MATTERS
Google Play's API only hands out reviews written or edited in the past week. Replylo checks for new reviews every 15 minutes, drafts a reply as soon as one arrives and tells you it is ready, so no review ages out while it waits for you.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your app. Paste its Google Play link, or pick it from the App Store if it is there too. No package name to look up.
2. See it work first. Replylo drafts replies to a few of your own recent public reviews before you connect anything.
3. Connect. A step-by-step guide walks you through creating a service account in Google Cloud and inviting it in Play Console with two permissions: view app information and reply to reviews. Google can take a day or two to apply them; Replylo keeps checking and lets you know when it works.
4. Approve. Open a draft, edit it if you want, tap approve. Changed your mind? Undo.

Your service account key is stored encrypted, and it only needs permission to read app information and reply to reviews. Remove an app from Replylo and its key is deleted with it. You can revoke the key in Google Cloud or remove the account from Play Console at any time.
