Hoegwan is a member management and scheduling app used by tennis lesson coaches and club owners.

Hoegwan handles everything for you, from finding new members' available time slots and checking attendance to counting remaining sessions, scheduling make-up dates, extending classes, and settling unpaid lesson fees. This reduces the need to rummage through notebooks, Excel spreadsheets, or group chats.

There is no need to write separate records for lesson schedules or student attendance. Members do not need to install the app; only the coaches running the lessons need to use it.

■ Getting Started Takes Only 5 Minutes

- Enter the club name, business hours, and court type in order. You also decide whether the court is a full court or a half court.

- Lesson types are created by answering questions. You simply select the number of players (1:1, 2:1, etc.), duration, frequency per week, and the monthly price per person.

- Coupon lessons, such as 10-session passes, are created using the same method.

■ The Center Finds New Member Times

- If you select your member name, contact information, lesson type, and assigned coach, we will show you available times by considering business hours, the coach's schedule, and available court slots.

- For twice-weekly lessons, we group two days together, such as Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00.

- For half-court lessons, we fill half-filled courts first to conserve full-court spots.

- We also show available slots following classes ending soon as potential candidates.

- If you have a specific time in mind, you can select it directly from the calendar.

- Selecting a timeframe automatically generates lesson dates. You can also add discount amounts for each member.

■ View Schedules on a Single Screen

- Daily schedules are displayed by court, while weekly schedules are displayed by day of the week.

- Each coach is color-coded, allowing you to immediately identify whose lesson it is.

- We mark available slots in advance, including classes ending soon and those that have not been extended.

- Lessons with overlapping times for the same court or the same coach will not be registered. ■ Manage Members in One Place

- View each member's course progress (e.g., 6/8 sessions), remaining sessions, memos, lesson notes, and updated records all on a single screen.

- You can import members from your mobile phone contacts and register them immediately.

- When asking about an extension, you can make a phone call or send an extension notification directly from the member screen.

- Members whose sessions are ending soon and those with remaining make-up sessions are grouped and displayed separately at the top of the member list.

■ A Single Attendance Check Reduces Remaining Sessions

- Simply tap on a lesson and select Attendance or Absence.

- After checking attendance, you can leave a one-line note summarizing today's lesson. Recent memos will appear alongside your next lesson notification.

- In a 2:1 lesson, if only one person is absent, the class is counted as completed.

■ Members Choose Make-up Dates

- Absences reported in advance are saved as make-up sessions. You can postpone them by one session to the end of the schedule or schedule them for a different date. - When you send a make-up lesson link, the member selects from available times without using the app. The coach only needs to press approve.

- You can move only one session to a different time or court.

- If a coach has personal circumstances, they may assign the lesson to another coach or cancel it.

■ Rainy Days and Days Off All at Once

- If you select a rain cancellation, all scheduled lessons for that day will be postponed or saved as make-ups all at once.

- If a public holiday approaches, we will ask first if you wish to take a day off. If you choose to take a day off, that day's lesson will be pushed back to the same time the following week.

■ Course Extensions Are Also Immediate

- We view the remaining sessions and end dates in the member list and show members whose sessions are ending soon first.

- You can extend your session at the same time for 4, 8, 12 weeks, or any number of weeks you desire.

- You can choose to extend by changing the time or decide not to extend.

- For coupon lessons, the center keeps track of the remaining sessions and the expiration date.

- When you open the Home screen, all your tasks for the day are gathered in one place.

- Members asking about extensions, make-up sessions for which dates couldn't be scheduled, lessons with unchecked attendance, uncollected lesson fees, and upcoming holidays are displayed on your card.

■ Revenue and Uncollected Lesson Fees

- Marking lesson fees as received removes them from the outstanding balance. Uncollected lesson fees are collected and displayed separately as outstanding balances.

- View this month's total, last month's total, revenue by coach, and the number of lessons completed that month together.

- Revenue is only visible to the owner.

■ Notifications

- Notifies you before the lesson starts. You can choose from 5 minutes to 1 hour in advance.

- If you leave this enabled, it summarizes today's lessons every morning.

- Notifies you when a member selects a make-up time or when a class is about to end.

■ Multiple Coaches Share

- If you send an invitation link, a coach requests to join, and once the owner approves, they share the same schedule and members. - Coaches can view only their own lessons.

- A record of who changed what, when, and for each member remains.

■ How to Use

- When a new member inquires: Select the lesson type and coach, and choose one of the available times shown by the center.

- When the lesson ends: Click "Attendance" and write a line about what was done today.

- When a member contacts you saying they cannot come: Click "Absent" and send a link for a make-up session.

- As the course nears its end: Ask if they want to extend it on the "Today's Tasks" card and extend it immediately.

- When the month ends: Check the revenue screen for any uncollected lesson fees.

■ Suitable for:

- Tennis lesson centers run by 1-2 coaches, or small tennis courts with only a few courts.

- Tennis coaches who offer both 1:1 and 2:1 regular lessons as well as coupon lessons.

- Currently, it can be used for tennis lessons. We will gradually expand it to other sports.

■ Frequently Asked Questions

- Do members need to install the app as well?

No. Members only need to open the make-up lesson link sent by the coach.

- Is the lesson fee paid through the app?

No. We record received lesson fees and collect and display any unpaid fees.

- Does the member receive a text message automatically?

No. If you open the notification message in the share window, the coach will send it directly.

- How do I transfer existing members?

You can import them from your phone's address book and register them one by one.

- I have two locations.

With the Premium plan, you can create multiple locations and switch between them by tapping the location name on the home screen.

- Are lessons other than tennis available?

Currently, only tennis lessons are available. We will gradually expand to other sports.

■ Pricing Information

- You can use one location where you are the owner for free. In this case, the owner is the sole coach.

- The Hall Premium plan is subscribed to using the owner's account. It costs 6,900 won per month or 59,000 won per year.

- With the Premium plan, you can use multiple locations and invite any number of coaches to each location. - You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Google Play recurring payments menu.
