About 주택관리사보시험 ALL IN: 주택관리사 시험 대비
Everything for Housing Manager Exam Preparation, Assistant Housing Manager Exam ALL IN.
This is a study app designed for students preparing for the 1st and 2nd rounds of the Assistant Housing Manager exam.
Laws change every year; are you just memorizing the answers to past exam questions?
Build a solid foundation with "Law Summary" covering exam provisions by chapter and "Basic Core Summary" for the 5 subjects. Check how the laws have changed using the "[Amendment]" notices attached to each past question. For the 2nd round subjective short-answer questions, simply fill in the blanks for immediate grading.
Furthermore, your textbook PDFs, handwritten notes, memos, and study schedules are all seamlessly integrated within this single app.
■ Law Summary · Basic Core Summary for 5 Subjects
· Law Summary: Review the 14 relevant laws and civil law provisions (Acts, Enforcement Decrees, and Enforcement Rules) by chapter, marking the provisions that have appeared in past exams. Labor and social insurance laws are also included. · Basic Core Summary: Numbers, periods, and requirements for each statute are organized using tables and numeric maps, and lists are memorized using "Memorize by First Letter" cards. Principles of Accounting, Introduction to Facilities, and Management Practice are organized by theme (formulas, examples, and pitfalls).
· Past Exam True/False: Past exam questions are grouped by statute with True/False options and correct regulations to identify frequently appearing pitfalls at a glance.
· Calculation Problem Solving Flow: Cost Estimation, Water Supply, Ventilation, and Electricity (1st stage); Long-term Repair Reserve Fund, Severance Pay, and Additional Wages (2nd stage).
■ Reflects Annual Amendments
· Law amendments and accounting standards are updated annually, while amendments to enforcement decrees and rules are updated every March.
· Areas covered: Past exam explanations and amendment guides, law summaries, basic core summaries, modified mock exams, and major amendment summaries.
· Past exam questions retain their original answers from the time of the exam, while changes are indicated with a [Amendment] notice for each question. View amendments by effective year all at once in the "Collection of Legislative Amendments."
■ Scoring of Past Questions and 2nd Round Short Answer Questions — 1st & 2nd Rounds from 2014
· Solve past questions from the 1st Round (Principles of Accounting, Introduction to Multi-Unit Housing Facilities, Civil Law) and 2nd Round (Laws Related to Housing Management, Practice of Multi-Unit Housing Management) by year, subject, and theme.
· 2nd Round Subjective Short Answer Questions: Answers are graded immediately upon filling in the blanks. Even if spacing, middle dots, or unit notations (㎡, square meters) differ, they are considered the same answer, and partial credit is awarded per blank (app grading).
· Explanations for Each Question: For each option, the reason for correctness and incorrectness, along with the relevant articles and precedents, are provided. For questions where laws have changed since the exam, the [Amendment] guide informs you of the current standards.
· Today's Question, Select Reason for Incorrect Answer (Didn't Know, Trap, Confusion, Calculation Error, Lack of Time), Re-solve Only Incorrect Questions, Continue Solving ■ Mock Exams
· Yearly Real-Time Mode: Time limits per session, answer sheets (OMR), and subject scores, failing grades, and averages upon completion. The second round is compared to last year's passing score.
· Weakness Mock Exams: Past questions from multiple years are organized by their frequency, with more questions focused on themes you frequently missed.
· Modified Mock Exams: 7 sets of newly created questions based on past exams, with changes to numbers, subjects, and examples (120 questions for the first round + 80 questions for the second round each), including explanations.
■ Study Tools — My Textbooks, Notes, and Plans All in One Place
· Scanned Book PDFs: Take notes on PDFs of your textbooks and summaries using highlighters, pens, or sticky notes.
- [Find in My Textbook] in Questions: Search your textbooks by the question's theme, keyword, or legal provision to open the relevant page immediately. - Word search (PDF containing text), Table of Contents/Bookmarks, Skimming by flipping only to handwritten pages, Reading Aloud, Reading at Night, Two-Page View (Tablet Landscape)
· Photo Note: Take photos of handwritten notes and whiteboard drafts, organizing them into first and second drafts and folders. Create self-made questions with hidden answers to mix and review; use highlighters, ballpoint pens, and sticky notes on photos, and add long notepads to each photo.
· Memo Note: Write notes directly in the box below each question (automatically opens if incorrect, and photos are attached), and write down summaries unrelated to the questions. Notes left here and there are gathered on a single screen in the Memo Note by subject or theme; search by word, organize by folder, and select only ★ important items or those that haven't been reviewed.
· Planning ALL IN: Create a daily routine (daily tasks) and drag it onto a calendar, and set up a book review plan (one book daily or alternating between multiple books). If you attach app study to your tasks, such as "20 Past Exam Questions," it is automatically checked off after you solve them, and you can postpone any pending tasks all at once. Stopwatch for pure study time · Daily study reminders.
· Final Review Bell ALL IN: Attach a bell to the places you need to review right before the exam. This includes a single column in the summary, number code cards, a set of articles, past exam questions, memos, photos, and PDFs. Swipe sideways in the bell list to browse, view full screen, mark as viewed, and go through the list again.
· Above/Below Mark ALL IN: Colors indicate "Above," "Below," "Less," and "Greater" in articles, summaries, and explanations (Blue for "Less" · Orange for "Above"), and lines further distinguish "Less" and "Greater" where boundary values are missing.
· Read Aloud: Reads articles, summaries, and explanations aloud, continuing to read even if the screen is off.
