CLARA

CLARA — Clinical AI Recovery Assistant

Your personal health companion, powered by AI.

CLARA combines a conversational AI health assistant with real-time vitals
monitoring from your smartwatch — giving you meaningful insight into your
body, every day.

── AI Health Assistant ──
Ask CLARA anything about your health, symptoms, medications, sleep,
nutrition, or recovery. CLARA responds in plain language, with structured
guidance — not a wall of text. Always available, always supportive.

── Real-Time Vitals from Your Watch ──
Sync your smartwatch over Bluetooth and see your data in one place:
• Heart rate & HRV (heart rate variability)
• Blood oxygen (SpO₂)
• Blood pressure
• Sleep stages — deep, light, REM, and awake time
• Daily steps, calories, distance, and active minutes
• Glucose risk indicator
• ECG snapshot

── Smart Health Insights ──
CLARA reads your synced vitals and delivers proactive nudges — low SpO₂
alerts, sleep quality summaries, HRV recovery scores, and step reminders
— so you always know what your data is telling you.

── Health Goals ──
Set and track personal health goals. CLARA keeps you focused and motivated
with regular progress updates.

── Designed for Privacy ──
Your health data stays yours. All vitals are stored securely under your
account with row-level encryption. CLARA never sells or shares your data.
