Search your assigned claims by claim number, policyholder or property address. Review property, loss, policy and status details before you arrive, and open the location in your maps app.

DOCUMENT DAMAGE ON SITE
Capture inspection photos and videos, or import media from your device library. Keep field evidence connected to the right claim and organize it in claim folders, ready for the next step.

CAPTURE NOW. SYNC WHEN CONNECTED.
Keep capturing photos and videos when a connection is unavailable. Media is saved on your device and queued for upload. Reconnect and open the app to sync, or use Sync Now. Check upload progress and retry items that need attention.

KEEP THE CLAIM STORY CURRENT
Review claim activity, add notes and log phone calls while the details are fresh. Record what happened on site so your team has the context to follow up.
