24Recept

24Recept is a free AI-powered appointment booking app for salons, clinics, spas, and every appointment-based business. Instead of waiting for customers to find a booking link, your AI receptionist goes to them — on WhatsApp, over the phone, or via a QR code scan — 24 hours a day.

📲 FOUR WAYS TO BOOK, ONE AI TO HANDLE THEM ALL

WhatsApp AI Bot — customers book in a natural chat on your own WhatsApp number, no app or forms needed
Voice AI Assistant — 24/7 phone bookings in your customers' local language
QR Code Booking — scan and book in 3 clicks, perfect for reception desks and storefronts
Manual & Web Booking — full control for walk-ins and staff-managed appointments

💰 DYNAMIC PRICING THAT MAKES YOU MORE MONEY Set smart rules that automatically adjust prices by time of day, day of week, or booking lead time — peak-hour surge pricing, off-peak discounts, and early-bird offers, all applied automatically across every booking channel.

📅 GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC, BUILT IN Every appointment booked through 24Recept — via WhatsApp, phone, or link — appears instantly in Google Calendar. Each staff member gets their own synced calendar, with conflict detection so no two clients ever land in the same slot.

📊 A REAL-TIME DASHBOARD, NOT A PILE OF REPORTS See today's schedule, revenue trends, top customers, and booking source breakdown the moment you log in — updated live, no refresh needed. Generate an AI patient/client summary as a PDF in under 30 seconds.
