The Chocolate House

The Chocolate House is a chocolatier in the heart of London, and you run all of it: the shop on the street and the kitchen lab behind it.

THE KITCHEN
Start with one tempering machine and make your first Dark Bars by hand. Tap a machine to make a batch, or queue several runs and let it work through them. Add a ganache kettle, a praline grinder and the marble slab, open the cold room and the packing room, and every new machine brings something new to sell: truffles, bonbons, caramels, a praline slab and the Box of Nine.

THE TEAM
Hire an operator and a machine runs itself. A chef leads one kind of machine and makes every copy of it faster. A storekeeper keeps the supplies ordered while you play and while you are away. Stand a sculpting counter in the kitchen and hire the artist, who hand finishes one product line so it looks worth more.

THE SHOP
Fill the floor with displays and counters. A bonbon counter keeps the truffles cool, the slab counter cuts praline slab to order, the hot chocolate bar pours, gift tables hold the Box of Nine and a wrapping counter wraps gifts for the whole shop. Hire cashiers for the tills, add banquettes, lamps and a cacao tree, and buy the next plot of floor when the room runs out.

THE STORE
Sovereigns buy time: takings paid now, a delivery landed at once, the wages settled. They never buy reputation, recipes or milestones. Optional reward videos pay out only when you choose to watch one.

HOW IT IS SOLD
The Chocolate House is free to play, with occasional automatic ad breaks. Remove Automatic Ads is a one time purchase that ends them for good, and reward videos stay optional. There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to.
