CarolAI Training is the student app for studios that use the CarolAI platform. It brings together everything you need to track your personalized training routine in one place.

In the app you can:

• Workouts — view the sessions and exercises defined by your studio team, with sets, repetitions, and instructions.

• Exercise videos — see the execution of movements to train more safely.

• Schedule — track your schedules and classes.

• Reserved times — view and reserve times according to studio availability.

• Check-in — confirm your attendance at classes directly from your mobile phone.

• Plan and finances — check your contracted plan and the status of your monthly payments.

• Notifications — receive payment alerts, reserved time slots, and check-in reminders.

For students of CarolAI studios

Access is through an account created by your studio — there is no registration through the app. If you train at a studio that uses CarolAI and do not yet have access, please contact reception.

CarolAI Training is an organizational and tracking tool. Workouts are defined by the professionals at your studio, and the app does not replace in-person professional guidance.
