About Curbside RC: Toy Car Racing
Race palm-sized radio-controlled cars through places built at full size.
A kerb is a cliff. A shopping trolley is a tower. The runway goes on forever. Curbside RC drops a pack of toy cars into five oversized places and lets them fight it out at 1:10 scale.
FIVE PLACES, RACED THREE WAYS
• Riviera Loop: a palm avenue, a park jump, a pond bridge and a garden lane
• Pixel Palace: carpet aisles between arcade cabinets, a bridge over the ball pit
• Aisle Nine: a slippery freezer aisle, checkout conveyor belts, a stockroom ramp
• Castle Keep: courtyard cobbles, the gatehouse tunnel and a drawbridge over the moat
• Terminal 3: tarmac under a parked airliner, the baggage-belt jump, the jet bridge
Every course runs forward, reversed and mirrored.
THIRTY RC CARS
From Pebble, the city car that turns on a coin, to Thunderclap, the dragster that only likes straight lines. Buggies, rally hatches, monster trucks, a hot rod, supercars, a taxi, a surf van, an ice-cream van, a fire engine, a patrol car and an endurance racer, each with its own top speed, acceleration, handling and off-road grip, and each with engine, tyre and battery upgrades.
ITEMS
Drive through a bolt for a random item: rockets, water balloons, a rolling marble, an oil slick, a shockwave or a turbo. Or the decoy bolt, which looks like a pickup and goes off in the face of whoever grabs it.
CONTROLS THAT GET OUT OF THE WAY
The car drives itself. Touch the left or right side of the screen to steer, and both sides to brake and reverse. Slide and Buttons layouts are in Settings.
BATTERY
Each race uses one of three battery bars, and they refill while you're away. Fill up with coins, or unlock Unlimited battery once and race as much as you like. Practice runs never use the battery.
PLAYS ANYWHERE
No account and no tracking. Curbside RC plays fully offline on phones and tablets.
In-app purchases: coin packs and Unlimited battery. Coins are also earned in every race.
