About BusCar Despachos

Bscar Dispatches is the operational control tool for transportation cooperatives and companies. From your cell phone or the dispatcher's terminal, generate dispatches for each unit, print receipts, and track the entire fleet on a map in real time.

BUSINESS USE APPLICATION
This application requires credentials provided by Bscar and is intended for authorized personnel of companies affiliated with the fleet management system. If your company is not affiliated, you will not be able to log in.

DISPATCH GENERATION
• Register the departure of each unit by selecting the company, vehicle, route, and driver.

• Check the unit's last assignment to streamline daily dispatches.

• Define the planned departure date and time.

• Automatic validations prevent operational errors: blocked driver, driver already assigned to another unit, duplicate dispatch, or route without configured time clocks.

INTEGRATED PRINTING
• Print dispatch receipts directly on Sunmi terminals with built-in thermal printers, without cables or additional configuration.

• Reprint details of any dispatch registered that day.

REAL-TIME GPS MONITORING
• View all your units on the map with live updates.

• View unit, license plate, driver, route, speed, direction, and date of the last transmission.

• Check checkpoints and clocks for each route.

• Filter by company or route and activate the traffic layer.

• Search for a checkpoint by name and open it in Google Maps to navigate to it.

HISTORY AND CONTROL
• History of daily dispatches with filters.

• Trip details with number of trips and initial and final sensor readings.

• Delete dispatches when incorrect data was recorded.

• Single session per user: if your account connects from another device, the previous session is automatically closed.

MULTI-COMPANY OPERATION
Users from a parent company can manage and monitor their affiliated companies from a single account, switching between them without logging in again.

APPLICATION PERMISSIONS
• Location: Used solely to display your position on the monitoring map and focus the view on it. The application does not track the device's location in the background.

• Internet and network status: To communicate with Bscar's servers.
