Bureau Sports

Bureau Sports is a club-management platform built for hockey organizations — coaches, managers, board members, staff, and the families who play for them.

Hockey Bureau is the first product on Bureau Sports, a new platform for sports club management — launching with hockey, with other sports on the way.

Sign in with a passwordless magic link (or a passkey on web) and get to your club's home base: a shared calendar, a team forum, and direct messaging, plus a growing set of purpose-built tools:

• Calendar — tournaments and events with monthly/weekly views and iCal/Google Calendar export
• Community forum — threaded discussions, replies, upvotes, and pinned posts
• Messages — direct messages and team broadcasts between club members
• Learning modules — training paths with video, quiz, and checklist content, with per-user progress tracking
• Team tools — ice trade requests, referee requests, training-center bookings, multi-approver goalie swap, reimbursement claims, and family surveys, each with a member-facing flow and a staff review queue
• Apparel ordering — team or family-choice ordering windows with automatic reminders
• Admin console — roster and people management, an email allowlist for who may join, and content authoring for modules, training paths, and surveys
• Multi-club support — belong to more than one club under a single account and switch between them
• Platform console — for hockey associations overseeing multiple member clubs from one place

Built for real hockey organizations: every club's data is fully isolated from every other club, roles range from parent to manager/coach to board member/staff admin, and a parent's view is tailored to just what their family needs — no clutter from staff-only tools.

Hockey Bureau is intended for club administrators, coaches, and team staff to run their organization, and for the parents and guardians in that club to stay connected to their team's schedule, communications, and paperwork. Because clubs manage youth teams, the app is built to handle player and family information with particular care.

Available on web and Android from a single account (IOS launch TBA).
