BUFI is a financial operations workspace for global teams.
Capture invoices, bills, receipts, expenses, and reimbursement documents from your phone. BUFI routes uploads through the same Magic Inbox OCR and evidence workflow used on the web, so your team can review extracted information and keep work attached to the right workspace.
Use personal and team views to coordinate invoices, reimbursements, cards, balances, analytics, and approvals. The QR center brings together payment QR review, BUFI-issued document validation, and document upload without turning a scanned code into automatic payment authority.
Sensitive financial actions remain subject to user review, workspace permissions, identity checks, provider availability, and regional eligibility. BUFI is a financial operations layer, not a bank. Some wallet, card, crypto, payment, and settlement features are available only to eligible accounts and supported regions.
