Wasit is a platform for verifying real estate brokers in Egypt. Each broker gets a single public page to share, proving their registration with GOEIC, verifying their listings, and displaying all the ratings they've earned.

Send it to us before your first meeting—and save yourself the hassle of asking questions.

━━━ For Real Estate Brokers ━━━

• A verified public page at wasit.app/b/ — We review your documents and provide you with a link your clients can trust.

• Every listing includes its supporting documents — title deed, no mortgage certificate, tax clearance certificate. Buyers see exactly what's verified before contacting you.

• Meaningful ratings — No random ratings, no fake stars. Only buyers who have contacted you can rate you — the number on your page is your true value.

• Price transparency — A price chart for your area to help you price accurately.

━━━ For Buyers/Tenants ━━━

• Browse verified listings — Each listing is from a broker whose registration and property documents have been reviewed.

• Check out the broker before you contact them — Their profile shows their credentials, ratings, and years of experience.

• Direct messaging — Contact the broker directly from within the app, and your conversation history is saved.

• If you encounter a problem — Report any listing or inappropriate behavior, and our team will review it.

━━━ Why Waseet ━━━

Waseet is not a replacement for a lawyer or the land registry — We assist with documentation, but always verify the ownership in the land registry before signing.
