WFM Mobile brings your Bright Pattern Workforce Management schedule to your Android phone. Contact center agents and other shift workers can check their work schedule, see upcoming shifts and breaks, get reminders before each activity, and request time off (PTO, vacation or leave) without a desktop.

Always in sync WFM Mobile shows the same published roster and requests your planners and managers see in Bright Pattern WFM. When they publish a schedule change or approve a request, you see it in the app.

Secure sign-in Sign in with your company domain and your Bright Pattern credentials, using the same account as your other Bright Pattern apps.

Requirements WFM Mobile is for employees of organizations that use Bright Pattern Workforce Management. You need an active account from your employer to sign in. If you don't have login details, contact your supervisor or WFM administrator.
