Spective Sessions

Spective Sessions is all-in-one personal trainer software for independent trainers, fitness coaches, and instructors who want less admin and more time coaching clients.

BOOKING & SCHEDULING
Share your personal booking link and let clients request sessions in seconds. Approve, decline, or propose a new time. Set your availability, see your day/week/month at a glance, and never double-book again. Automatic reminders keep clients from missing a session.

PAYMENTS & INVOICING
Take card payments with Stripe or record cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Send invoices before or after a session and track paid and outstanding balances. See monthly revenue and which clients bring repeat business.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT & SESSION NOTES
Keep every client's details, packages, and history in one place. Log strength, cardio, and mobility with sets, reps, and notes right after each workout, then send a clean workout recap by email that keeps clients coming back.
