Orbit – bookotil Hotels

Orbit is the app for bookotil's partner hotels.

Everything the front desk does with bookotil, without going to the computer:

• TODAY — the day's arrivals and departures, and what needs an action.
• BOOKINGS — every bookotil booking: rooms, dates, cancellation terms. Mark a no-show, propose a change of stay.
• AVAILABILITY — open or close sales day by day, several days at once, and set how many rooms are on sale.
• PRICES — change rates by date and room type.
• MESSAGES — answer travellers' questions. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are hidden automatically, both ways.
• REVIEWS — read published reviews and reply to them.
• PHOTOS — add a photo of your rooms straight from the phone.
• NOTIFICATIONS — new booking, message, cancellation, last rooms: set per phone, with a 1 to 24 hour pause.

Access is reserved for partner hotels: sign-in details are provided by bookotil. No banking data in the app. A code and fingerprint lock protects access on a shared front-desk phone.

Orbit speaks English, French and Arabic.
