HeadcountOK: Event Check-In

Still running the bus list from a spreadsheet screenshot in the group chat? HeadcountOK is an event check-in app: people sign up by one link, you sort them into groups, and a roll call shows who is missing.

WHO IT IS FOR
· Church and youth retreat organisers with several charter buses
· Teachers and chaperones on a field trip
· Company off-sites, club outings, tour leaders
· Anyone who rebuilds a room assignment sheet every time something changes

SIGN-UP — ONE LINK
· Post the sign-up link in the group chat; everyone finds their name or signs up
· People pick and switch their own bus, room or team, so the list is always current
· No app to install and no account for the people on the list

GROUPS — BUS, ROOM, TEAM, MEAL, OTHER
· Seats used and seats left for every group
· Paste the list one person per line: name, unit, how many
· One row can stand for a whole family
· Mark each fee as unpaid, paid or free

HEADCOUNT — QR ATTENDANCE
· People scan the QR on the door with their phone camera and check themselves in. No queue.
· Checkers see only who is not here yet, large, and tap a name
· Scanning another bus's QR offers to move you there
· "Count again" clears a group for a second roll call at a rest stop

ALSO
· Export to Excel
· No ads for people who come in by a link

No identity numbers, phone numbers or bank details are asked for. Contact: [email protected]
