Defraudster

Spot scams before they spot you.

Defraudster helps you detect fraudulent and phishing SMS messages in real time — right on your device. Every incoming message is analysed locally and assigned a clear, color-coded risk score so you can instantly see which messages to trust and which to avoid.

🔒 Why Choose Defraudster

- On-device protection: All analysis happens locally on your phone — your SMS content is never uploaded or shared.

- Real-time alerts: Get instant notifications when a suspicious message arrives.

- Smart risk scoring: Higher score = higher risk. Lower score = likely safe, but stay alert.

- Simple, clean interface: Easy to understand, even at a glance.

📊 What You Can Do

See risks at a glance: A visual dashboard highlights your top suspicious senders.

Dive deeper: Tap any sender on the chart to view detailed alerts.

Color-coded alerts: Instantly spot risk levels with red, orange, yellow, and green chips.

Understand the “why”: Each alert lists reasons for detection (e.g., risky keywords, suspicious links).

Trust safe senders: Long-press to add a number to your allowlist — trusted senders won’t be flagged again.

Clear old alerts: Keep things tidy with a one-tap history cleanup.

🧠 How Scoring Works
Defraudster scans messages for patterns often seen in scams — like urgent wording, fake links, and other red flags.

High score: Very suspicious — do not click links or share information.

Medium score: Possibly fraudulent — verify before acting.

Low score: Likely safe — but always stay cautious.

🔐 Privacy & Permissions
Defraudster requires SMS (read/receive) and notification access to detect scams in real time.

All message analysis is performed entirely on your device — we never collect, store, or sell your data.

💡 Good Practice
Defraudster is a powerful helper, but not a substitute for your own vigilance or your bank’s security tools.

Never click unknown links.

Never share codes or passwords by SMS.

When in doubt, contact the organization through its official website.
