Turtlecast Podcast Player

Turtlecast is a minimalist podcast player with a unique design. It supports streaming, downloading, automatic downloading, filtering, syncing, etc. It uses modern designs patterns and has support for Material You dynamic theming in both light and dark ode. It also supports importing your entire library via OPML or a single RSS feed from your clipboard.

Benefits versus other podcast players:

- No server or middleman between you and the feed. Whenever a feed updates you get it right away
- Displays information other podcast players sometimes hide such as episode artwork, categories, etc
- Beautiful Material You design and minimalist aesthetic
- Modern APIs for maximum performance and efficiency
- Displays storage info to help you manage your disk space
- Wear OS app

Turtlecast is explicitly designed to render the actual RSS feed the podcast is sending and display all the relevant information to you.

This app is freemium with a limited number of feeds.

The Wear OS app is a companion app. It syncs your active queue and allows download and playback on the watch. This is all in active development and feedback is welcome and appreciated.
