Squishy: App Blocker & Focus

You reach for your phone for one thing. Twenty minutes later, you’re still scrolling.

Squishy makes app blocking feel less like punishment and more like caring for something. Its mood follows your choices: focus and Squishy perks up; spend time in apps you meant to avoid and Squishy wilts. Instead of fighting another timer, you’re keeping a tiny companion happy.

Choose the apps that pull you in, build schedules for work, mornings, and bedtime, and start recovery sessions when you need to get back on track.

SHARE ONE SQUISHY
Connect with a partner and care for the same Squishy together. Both people’s focus sessions and temporary unblocks affect the same happiness score. Daily contributions show how each of you helped—or hurt—your shared Squishy.

SYNC WITH CHROME
Keep the same Squishy across your Android devices and Chrome. Supported activity syncs to one mascot, and eligible Squishy Pro access also unlocks Premium in the Chrome extension.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PRIVACY
Squishy uses Android’s AccessibilityService solely to detect when an app you selected for blocking is opened and to display Squishy’s blocking screen. It does not read or collect screen text, taps, passwords, messages, or form contents.

Blocking rules are processed on your device. If you enable account sync or partner sharing, the account data, selected app labels, preferences, and supported Squishy activity needed to provide those features may be securely sent to Squishy’s service. Squishy does not sell your personal information.

SUBSCRIPTION
All features require a subscription, with a free trial to start. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel it through Google Play subscriptions. Pro access may also be provided through an eligible linked partner plan.
