About Logistics Blac Solutions
The Logistics Blac Solutions service was created for distribution companies and delivery services. This order management app was designed for the use of messengers and drivers.
You can automate order management using its extended functions:
- see the list of orders with detailed information of each one;
- track and evaluate the progress of the delivery;
- follow orders and estimated routes on the map;
- receive push notifications about the relevant events of orders, routes and delivery processes;
- build a detailed tour of an order using external navigation applications;
- assign a status to each order (confirmed / rejected), add comments and photos;
- contact with operators to inform them of any obstacle that may influence the delivery;
- confirm the delivery by attaching to the order a photo with the client's signature, the date and the delivery time;
- Enjoy the optimized interface for tablets, allowing you to see orders in the tables and on the map simultaneously;
