In order to move we must have the freedom to move. But often healthy movement is not as straightforward as we would like it to be. Our classes build strength and awareness and establish which individual areas could use more focused attention.
Improve mobility:
In our mobility classes we assess and target specific body regions so you can regain the necessary mobility to do the things you love painfree.
Starting Strength:
In our calisthenics based strength classes we use foundational movement patterns to build the strength you need to meet your goals.
Skillwork:
Now that you have freedom of movement and the strength to express it we can bring it all together and expand your movement repertoire with new skills.

“We are what we repeatedly do” What are we doing most of the time and how is it contributing to our goals? In our lifestyle workshops we take a deep dive into our habits and what we can do to to substitute and change them.

Food is the buildingblocks of life. Whenever we want to change body composition we have to start with nutrition.

Stress Management:
We’ve all felt stress and know how it can feel but its origins can remain mysterious. This workshops aims to explain stress physiologically and what can do to manage it?

In these courses we focus on building self awareness. Knowing yourself is an essential part of reaching physical goals or establishing healthy relationships with yourself or others by defining what’s important to you.
Building Character:
In this course we spend time getting to know ourselves. This is a necessary journey to help identify goals and obstacles, and define our values in the most important areas in your life. We also reflect on where you come from by exploring your past, assessing where we are now and making a personal plan for your future!
The Gym:
Our gym is located in the city center of The Hague. Its a space where we get together to train, eat, live and reflect. It’s a place dedicated to the journey of striving to be the best version of yourself. We are all on this journey together.
History:
In 17’ Move To Evolve got started motivated by the idea of making self improvement practical by helping others preventively with their health issues through coaching and education on movement, diet, and lifestyle changes.
In 20” We found a 200m2 space in the city center of The Hague and built a custom gym where people can move, get more flexible, change their habits, and get back in touch with themselves and their bodies.
Our Vision:
We all face physical ailments and mental challenges throughout life.
In an ideal world we would all have friends and family that we can turn too when problems occur and we need guidance and motivation on health questions
Sadly in todays busy society we often don’t have someone close to us with the specific skills necessary to truely help us.
This is when we require coaching&community to regain control. And maintain focus on the practical things that even in a time of crisis we do still have control over like our mindset, movement, diet, and lifestyle.
