As a participant with My Therapy, you will have access to our application that provides your individualised program that has been created by your physiotherapist, which will include videos, photo's and instructions to assist you to complete your home programs. To keep you on track our application will also provide you with the ability to track when you have completed your program, track your changes and send you reminders on days when you are scheduled to complete your program!
