This isn't a social network. It's a journal.
BeerBook has no public feed, no followers, no shared leaderboards: it's your personal archive, saved only on your phone. No sign-up, no account, no forced syncing — you decide if and when to keep your data. The only "sharing" that exists is voluntary and direct: send a friend the details of a beer or a brewery through WhatsApp, Messages, or whatever app you like, just like you'd share a photo. That's it. Nobody sees what you drink unless you decide to show them.

What makes BeerBook different from other beer apps:

🔒 Private by design, not by setting — your ratings, your prices, your photos stay on your device. It's not a toggle you switch on: it's how the app works.

🍻 Every sip is data, not just a score — appearance, aroma, taste, body, aftertaste, and value for money, rated separately. Not one number thrown together.

🔁 Retry the same beer as many times as you want — every tasting stays its own memory, with its own price, place, and rating. The beer's page shows you the average, the lowest, the highest, and how many times you've had it.

📦 A personal cellar — keep track of the beers you own but haven't opened yet: quantity, expiry dates, when they're ready to drink.

💶 What you spent, beer by beer — price paid, price per liter, comparisons over time. Never an intrusive total — hide it if you don't want to see it.

🗺️ A map of your own places — where you bought or drank each beer; brewery by brewery, pub by pub, shop or wherever.

📷 Add a beer in seconds — scan the label or the barcode, the app finds the rest. If it's not there yet, add it yourself and it's saved for good.
