Brew Buddies

☕ Brew Buddies — Coffee Runs Made Easy

One person is going to the coffee shop. Everyone wants something different.
Brew Buddies collects the orders, keeps the prices straight, and makes sure
whoever paid gets their money back.

🎯 HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a coffee run
2. Share the link — WhatsApp, message, however you like
3. Everyone adds their order. No app needed — it works in any phone browser,
iPhone included
4. You get the orders, the prices and the total in one place

✨ KEY FEATURES

🔗 NO INSTALL NEEDED FOR GUESTS
Send a link and people order straight from their browser. Any phone, any
platform. Only the person running the coffee run needs the app.

📸 SNAP THE MENU
Photograph the coffee shop's menu and the items and prices are pulled out
automatically. If a price can't be read clearly, Brew Buddies says so instead
of guessing — so you're never handed a number that's quietly wrong.

💷 PRICES THAT ADD UP
Menu prices are applied automatically. Anything unpriced shows as pending
until you fill it in, so a total never reads as final when it isn't. If a
price is added after someone has paid, you'll see exactly what's still owed.

💳 PAYMENT TRACKING
Share your PayPal.Me, Revolut or Monzo link — any payment link works. See at
a glance who has paid and who hasn't.

🛒 ORDER PROPERLY
Several drinks and a snack per person, with notes for anything specific. Or
use the built-in standard drinks list when there's no menu to scan.

🔔 NOTIFICATIONS
Know when someone adds or removes an order, and when a run is closed or
completed.

🌍 CURRENCY PER RUN
Set the currency for each coffee run — £, $, € and more.

❤️ FAVOURITES & HISTORY
Reorder your usual in one tap, and look back at past runs to see who had what.

🔒 PRIVACY-FIRST

links go straight to your provider — we never see your payment details.
