1. User Registration & Login

Collects company name, company code, admin ID, email, password, and mobile number securely from users during registration.
Users can log in using company code, email, password, and role selection.
Users can update their profile or delete their account at any time.

2. Admin Panel

Admins can add HR personnel with HR ID, full name, email, password, mobile number, and joining date.
HR contact information (email & mobile) is stored securely and never shared outside the app.
Admins and HR can manage employees, track salaries, and control leave approvals.

3. HR Panel

HR can add employees with Employee ID, full name, email, password, post, mobile number, and joining date.
Employee salary details are securely managed based on Employee ID and name.
HR can approve or reject leave requests.
HR panel access is restricted to employee management and leave approvals only.

4. Employee Panel

Employees can update their profile, apply for leave, and delete their account if desired.
All personal and contact information remains private and is never shared externally.

5. Data Privacy & Security

All user, HR, and employee data is securely stored.
No personal or salary information is shared with third parties.
